I’m so excited and honored to pair up with the great Tompkins Square Records to celebrate the autumn season on my web radio show, The Record Crates United Mixtape, by giving away a copy of their new Michael Chapman tribute album to one lucky listener!

This Wednesday, 9/20, tune in to the live broadcast of The Record Crates United Mixtape’s Autumn Equinox special on Electromagnetic Radio, and you could be entered to win Tompkins Square’s Imaginational Anthem vol. XII: I Thought I Told You – A Yorkshire Tribute to Michael Chapman.

All you have to do is listen to the show on EM-Radio.com (7-9PM EST), take a screenshot of the site’s audio player as you listen and post it by 8:40PM to either your Instagram stories, Twitter, Facebook or Bluesky, and tag @Recordcratesunited. I’ll compile a list of contestants and I’ll draw a winner live on the air. Then Tompkins Square will ship the record to you once it’s released in October!

Michael Chapman was one of the most boundless and creative forces within the UK folk revival, often branching out into experimental music, guitar soli and beyond. Henry Parker curated this beautiful collection of covers for Tompkins Squares’ groundbreaking Imaginational Anthems series to honor the great Yorkshire legend with cuts by working musicians from Chapman’s old stomping grounds of Northern England. This is a must have LP for any fan of British folk rock and solo guitar music. Expect to hear original cuts by Chapman, this tribute album and other autumnal tracks on the next episode of TRCUM. Best of luck!
