My Month in Psychedelia- January ’15

So It’s of no surprise that I am a fan of psychedelic music of all sorts. I’ve made dozens of mixes on 8tracks highlighting the genre and I’m bound to do much more. So from now on, I’m just going to do a monthly chronicle of music in the genre that is either new to the world, new to me or just getting heavy rotation in my house. I will still be continuing my 8tracks mixes of recently reviewed or talked about music from the blog, so there might end up being some overlap, but I’ll try to use different stand out songs from any overlapped releases so there would be something different per mix. This month features the likes of Goat, Khun Narin’s Electric Phin Band, Funkadelic, Kitchen Cynics, etc. I might start doing a similar series with folk, but we shall see.

Check. It. Out!

PS: The cover image used is from a Stan Brakhage film.
