Hailing from Saskatoon, Canada, Wasted Cathedral (AKA Christopher Laramee of Shooting Guns, The Radiation Flowers and The Switching Yard), is an experimental artist who dabbles in a vast variety of esoteric sonic planes. Here, Laramee created a droning electro sound bath that is both lush and desolate. The sounds on “Trees” are simultaneously celestial and austere, and create a soothing and imposing presence like a grand wintry landscape or an endless sea.
